Please arrive on time!
A ten-minute grace period is allowed, after, appointment may be cancelled based on availability. If there is open availability a late fee will be applied to service total.

3% Fee on Card Payments
$15 late fee
50% of total “No Show” fee
Non-Refundable deposit for less that 24 hr cancellation

Please discontinue use of Accutane or Retin-A 14 days prior to service.
Disclose if on any blood thinners or if pregnant
Makeup
Please come to appointment without makeup to ensure best service is given without hindrance.
If you are a model, please bring makeup to your appointment for application after service
